Returning A Product
If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive the order to notify us of your intention to return your item for a full refund. You have a further 14 days from the time you notify us of your intention to return to deliver the items back to The Furniture Emporium.
If you wish to return an item within the 14 day timeframe, this is the responsibility of you, the customer, to send and pay for the return of the item. We only cover the cost of the return of an item if there is a fault. We can not guarantee the uplift of items you intend to return within the 14 day return period.

We can arrange uplift of your return/s but this will incur a fee from €60 up-to €150. The fee is determined by factors such as your location, the lift requirement of the item/s being uplifted and other reasons that may affect the uplift. The customer is responsible for the payment of the uplift fee which will need to be paid in advance.
If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
To receive a refund for an online order, the item(s) in question must be in a re-saleable, 'as new' condition and be in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Our network of couriers are not authorized to accept ‘Returns’ unless instructed to do so by our After Sales Department.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
All goods carry a 12 month guarantee, please provide proof of purchase as proof of guarantee.
If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done as soon as possible. In the event of same day fulfilment, we will not be able to cancel your order.
The Furniture Emporium reserves the right to refund orders at any time without notice, examples of, but not restricted to, are technical errors showing item/s in stock when particular items are out of stock, pricing issues and other reasons.

Received Order Is Damaged
In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can email email@example.com. Please include your details, order number and photos/video of the damaged item.
Damaged item(s) can be returned to our showroom. A replacement will be issued to you on receipt of the damaged item after an inspection has taken place.
If you do not require a replacement, you can choose between a refund or credit note for the same value. Credit notes may be in the form of a gift voucher.
If you have been sent an incorrect item, it must be in its original unsealed packaging in order to exchange for the correct item.
My Item Does Not Fit
The measurements for all of our products are listed at the bottom of each of our product pages. It is your responsibility to measure the area in which you will be placing your new furniture, along with the route to the item’s final destination (doorways, stairways etc...).
If the item does not fit, and you purchased it online, once the item is in its original unopened packaging it can be returned within the 14 days cooling off period. It must not have not been used and must be in a re-saleable condition in its original unopened and undamaged package/s.
If an item you wish to purchase does not have measurements, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this for you and update the product details.
