30-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee
We understand that it can take a little time to get used to a new mattress. That's why qualifying mattresses from The Furniture Emporium come with our 30-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee.
How It Works
We ask that you try your new mattress for at least 14 nights, allowing time for both your body and the mattress to adjust.
If, after 14 nights, you decide the mattress isn't right for you, you can return it to us for a refund of the product price, provided your return is requested within 30 nights of receiving your mattress.
Any original delivery charge is non-refundable.
Returning Your Mattress
Contact us within the 30-night period to request a return. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the mattress to the address provided.
Please keep the original mattress bag/packaging when your mattress is delivered. This must be used to securely repackage and seal the mattress if it is being returned.
Return Condition
For hygiene reasons, returned mattresses must be:
- Clean and hygienic
- Free from stains, marks, odours or damage
- Free from signs of misuse
- Securely sealed in the original mattress bag/packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return where the mattress is received damaged, marked, stained, soiled, unhygienic or inadequately packaged.
Refund
Once the mattress has been returned and its condition checked, the purchase price of the mattress will be refunded.
Original delivery charges and any costs incurred in returning the mattress are not refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Mattresses
Our 30-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee is separate from your statutory consumer rights.
If your mattress is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will deal with the matter separately in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
The 30-Night Mattress Comfort Guarantee is an additional voluntary benefit offered by The Furniture Emporium and does not affect your statutory rights.
