We’re confident you’ll love your new mattress. However, if it’s not the perfect fit, our 90 Night Comfort Guarantee ensures you can exchange it with ease.

How It Works

You can request an exchange anytime between 30 and 90 days from delivery.

We recommend allowing at least 30 nights for your body to adjust to the comfort and support of your new mattress before making a decision.

Your Options

If your mattress isn’t quite right, we’ll help you exchange it for another mattress from our range, ensuring you find the perfect fit.

Please note: refunds are not offered under this guarantee.

What’s Required

To qualify for the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee:

  • A mattress protector must be purchased with your mattress and used from the time of delivery
  • The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free from stains or marks
  • The mattress must have been used in a normal domestic setting

Fees & Conditions

  • A small collection and re-delivery fee (€59.95) applies to cover handling and transport
  • This fee is separate from standard delivery charges, as mattress exchanges require specialised handling
  • Your replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value
  • If you choose a higher-value mattress, you can simply pay the difference before your new mattress is dispatched
  • This is a one-time exchange offer. Once an exchange has been completed, the 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is considered fulfilled and does not apply to replacement mattresses.

     

  • The 90 Night Comfort Guarantee is available on the Elite Dream Mattress only.

  • Applies to both online and in-store purchases
  • Not valid for commercial or rental use
  • All mattresses are subject to inspection upon collection. To qualify, mattresses must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition, free from stains or marks
