How to Add Furniture Removal to Your Order

Upgrading your furniture? Let us take the old one away.

Our Furniture Removal Service allows you to have your old item professionally removed and responsibly disposed of at the same time as your new delivery.

Step 1 – Add Your New Furniture to Cart

Select and add your new furniture item(s) to your basket as normal.

Step 2 – Select the Correct Removal Option

On this Removal Service page, choose the removal option that matches the item you would like taken away (e.g. Mattress Removal, Bed Removal, Sofa Removal, Wardrobe Removal, etc.).

• If you require more than one item removed, please select the correct quantity.
• Removal charges apply per item.

Step 3 – Add to Cart

Add the Removal Service to your cart along with your new furniture purchase.

Step 4 – We’ll Handle the Rest

On the day of delivery, our team will remove the agreed item and take it away for proper disposal.

Important Information

• Removal must be added before checkout to guarantee service.
• The item/s must be fully dismantled prior to our team arriving. 
• All items must be accessible and ready for collection.
• We can only remove items like-for-like (e.g. mattress for mattress, sofa for sofa).
• We cannot remove items that are heavily soiled, infested, or hazardous. (we reserve the right to refuse service)
