5 Day Delivery Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Our 5 Day Delivery Guarantee applies to selected in-stock items and reflects our commitment to fast, reliable delivery.

1. Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to products displaying the “5 Day Delivery Guarantee” badge at the time of purchase.
To qualify:
The item must be physically in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse
The order must be fully paid and confirmed
The order must be placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We reserve the right to determine stock availability at the time of dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery will be completed within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays
Delivery is considered complete when the item is successfully delivered to the customer’s address and signed for (where applicable)
3. Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
Deliveries outside our standard service areas, including remote, rural, or island locations
Delays caused by third-party couriers or logistics providers, or events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Traffic disruption
Industrial action
Delays resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
Customer unavailability
Missed delivery appointments
Orders containing:
Pre-order items
Custom-made or made-to-order items
Items not stocked for immediate dispatch
Orders where delivery has been rescheduled at the customer’s request
4. Cashback Eligibility
If an eligible order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, a €100 cashback may be claimed, subject to these terms.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Cashback applies per order, not per item
5. Cashback Conditions
Cashback will not apply where:
A delivery attempt was made within the delivery timeframe but was unsuccessful due to customer availability
The delay falls under any exclusions listed above
The order was not eligible under Section 1 at the time of purchase
6. Claims Process
To submit a claim, customers must:
Contact us in writing within the claim period
Provide their order number and delivery details
We reserve the right to:
Verify all claims, including courier tracking and delivery records
Request supporting information where required
7. Payment of Cashback
Approved cashback will be issued via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for processing once approved.
8. Fair Use Policy
To prevent misuse of this promotion:
Cashback is limited to one claim per customer per 30-day period
We reserve the right to refuse or limit claims where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent these terms
Orders identified as commercial, bulk, or resale purchases may be excluded at our discretion
9. General
This guarantee applies to the delivery timeframe only
The offer applies to selected items only and is non-transferable
This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
